Lightbox and The Path launched week one of the four-part series is mindfulness, led by Michael Rich - a “mind hacking” expert who normally trains CEOs.
 
The four workshops will teach a variety of meditation techniques, including mindfulness, vedic or transcendental meditation, energizing breath meditation and a loving-kindness meditation focused on building compassion. Each session will be led by one of the best meditation teachers in the world, including two teachers who will travel from Boulder and London specifically to lead the workshops.
