Lightbox events are opportunities for leading creative executives in a variety of fields to curate uniquely branded experiences with our state of the art sound and projection systems. The versatility of the space allows us to do a variety of events including product launches, immersive dinners, performance, art exhibitions, charity benefits, fitness classes, brand activations, runway shows, presentations, and much more. 

ART F CITY 10th ANNIVERSARY BENEFIT

Art F City, one of the leading art magazines in NYC known for blunt criticism, commentary and community-minded journalism, celebrated its 10th anniversary at Lightbox on April 13, 2015. The gala benefit celebrated acclaimed artist Laurie Anderson, featured vaudevillian rockers known as the Elephant Room performed magic while  legendary celebrity auctioneer, CK Swett, worked with Paddle8 to raise thousands of dollars through a silent and live auction.

Hewlett-Packard (HP) closed off their Power Up conference at Milk Studios with  celebration showcasing works provided by The Mill, Joel Fitzpatrick, Snarkitecture and more. Special thanks Bond Influence and Infinity Marketing. 

CARRIE HAMMER

Carrie Hammer was the hight light of this February's Fashion Week- as for the first time in fashion week history, a woman with down syndrome had the opportunity to walk down the runway and celebrate being a "role model not runway model"- the actress Jamie Brewer from American horror story enjoyed wearing an amazing dress alongside other powerful women including Gail Beck from Edelman Pr, Shiza Shahid- founder of Malala fund and many more Role Models.

VINE

Vine hosted its two year anniversary at Lightbox with guest Vine star Jerome Jarre and amazing music by DJ Ariella. 

DANCE, DANCE, TECH REVOLUTION

This weekend long immersive digital dance experience is Lightbox's inaugural experiment in experiential socializing. DDtR features an art grass installation by Chaney Trotter, pop-up performances by Marlon Taylor Wiles and Mary John Frank, social meditation with Biet Simkin, and a collection of yoga, dance, and psychupuncture classes.  Expect the unexpected

THE CLINTON FOUNDATION

Clinton Foundation 20/30 members and friends gather for happy hour and experience the No Ceilings data visualization, an extensive view of global data and stories on the status of women and girls over the last twenty years.

LIFE IS A TAILGATE

Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey and Thrillist come together to host #LifeIsATailgate at Lightbox for the Jets vs. Steelers and Giants vs. Seahawks games with guest start Tiki Barber.

Formulax by Sephora launched its spring nail polish collection in a colorful environment at Lightbox.

SLIDELUCK ANNUAL FUNDRAISER

A benefit honoring Hank Willis Thomas presented by Deborah Willis.  Cocktail reception and auction preview at 630pm and 730pm respectively, followed by the live auction and after party from 9pm-12am. 

LULULEMON AND LIVE IN THE GREY

Lululemon and Live in the Grey collaborated on an event, "CREATE" - along side Biet Simkin, leading a social meditation and Killy Kilford, known for doing the happy street signs around New York City.

Lulufrost and George Frost showed off their amazing collection during New York Fashion Week in September with a dessert theme.

THE FUTURE OF LIVE STREAMING APPS

Manish Vora (Lightbox), David Adler (BizBash), Matthew Bologna (BizBash), Jeff Ramos (The Narrative Group), Meryl Mathews (inVNT), and Reb Carlson (Sprinklr) host an event to discuss the impact of live streaming apps such as Meerkat and Periscope.

Soundtrack listening party of Da Sweet Blood of Jesus was hosted by Vimeo at Lightbox, enjoying a night of Spike Lee encouraging guests to sing along to lyrics of every song.

CREATIVE SASKATCHEWAN "WILD THING"

Creative Saskatchewan, a new cultural industries development crown corporation from Saskatchewan, Canada, is presenting Wild Thing at Lightbox from Nov. 11-15th. Wild Thing is the art exhibition component of the group's first trade mission, Trade Mission NYC, that will be a series of concerts, special events, receptions, and the exhibit.  Curated by Michael Hosaluk, Wild Thing features the world of 30 artists from Saskatchewan who all focus on providing a snapshot of the history, power, and diversity of the arts in their native province.

St Ives launched its new abricot scrub in a complete immersive nature experience including fountains, trees, sand, masseuse.
