ORUN x Designers Fashion Show
A NYFW four-part event showcasing West African designs
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
Lightbox hosted ORUN x Designers for a multi-day New York Fashion Week event that leveraged our projection-mapping to match visuals with each correspodning look. The space and custom technology allowed each designer to create a distinct visual identity for their line.
The event featured collections from multiple designers, supported by a curated food menu inspired by Western African dishes. Lightbox’s in-house catering team tailored the menu for the program, offering guests a cohesive cultural experience.
Across four shows, Lightbox adapted the room layout to each designer’s vision. Some runways had live string instruments play as models strutted, others utilized round risers for attendees to walk around the room, flipping the standard catwalk model on its head.
ORUN x Designers presented a forward-looking NYFW 2025 showcase combining fashion, culture, and technology. Our digital infrastructure, flexible room setup, and immersive projection capabilities allowed every show to deliver a clear, modern storytelling experience.
