For the launch of Citi Shop, a digital platform connecting Citi cardholders with personalized deals and seamless online shopping, we transformed abstract product features into tangible experiences through a multi-sensory dining journey.
Each element cleverly represented a platform function—from personalized AI cocktails to themed menu presentations that brought the online shopping experience to life.
As guests dined, immersive projections unfolded in perfect synchronization, visually narrating Citi Shop’s benefits without a single traditional slide presentation.
