Lightbox partnered with EF Tours for the exclusive launch of their new line of immersive tours in the Swiss Alps, Costa Rica, and Spain.
The space came alive as the EF team unveiled each destination, transporting guests on a journey across continents—without ever leaving New York.
As stunning drone footage of each region illuminated the venue, our chef collaborated with EF Tours to create a culinary experience inspired by the spirit of adventure. Guests savored canapés crafted to capture the flavors of Switzerland, Costa Rica, and Spain—each dish introduced in perfect harmony with the unveiling of its corresponding tour.
Guests were invited to “Choose Your Own Adventure” at the bar, where themed cocktails inspired by each region awaited. Whether sipping on a crisp Swiss spritz, a tropical Costa Rican concoction, or a bold Spanish sangria, guests could toast to new journeys with every glass.
In the spirit of exploration, custom vinyl installations wrapped the space with vibrant visuals and motifs from each destination, bringing the landscapes and cultures of the Swiss Alps, Costa Rica, and Spain to life at every turn. From destination-inspired bites to interactive cocktails, every moment was designed to ignite wanderlust.

It takes a village, said a former U.S. Secretary of State. But it’s a true statement. No one does great things alone. And that feeling you all have right now is what my mother calls “a good tired.”Thanks so much for ALL your efforts to make yesterday a success. This was my first publicity “event” in NYC post pandemic and there will be learnings to be had. But yesterday I truly believe we introduced EF World Journeys and EF Adventures to a large group of media and influencers we will follow up to help drive awareness.
